1. Shipping Policy in General

1. All parcels from Gladpick are shipped from Korea.
2. Shipping cost is calculated from Korea to the destination country.
3. Every order is normally shipped out within 72 hours from the time of receiving the order.
4. If a shipping delay occurs, we inform customers of the issue within 72 hours.
5. We are unable to ship to the following address: P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO.

3. Parcel Information

When order parcels are shipped, we email tracking numbers to customers.
The email contains both order details and shipment tracking numbers.

Korea Post: Maximum 2kgs (4.40 lbs) per order
EMS / DHL: Maximum $300 per order due to customs constraints issued by each country.
* EMS or DHL must be used for packages over 2kgs(4.40 lbs).

The weight of the box and bubble wrap will automatically be added to the shipping weight when the shipping method is selected.

Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please note that some carriers like Pantos, EMS, Korea Post do not ship to PO Boxes.

4. Order Value Limit

Due to regulatory customs issues, which can cause extensive delays, Gladpick limits order to $300 or less (excluding cost of shipping).
Customers who wish to purchase more than $300, we recommend you place two separate orders to avoid customs issues.

5. Delivery Failure

1. The refund process will NOT be proceeded until Gladpick is informed any official results from the couriers.
2.The customer MUST provide us the proof of evidence such as pictures for any issues occurred

2. Unclaimed Return

If a parcel is returned to Stylekorean because it was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
StyleKorean is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.
